02. Catalog and product information
Our opening catalog presents useful home storage and organization products. Product visuals are visualizations, and room accessories shown for styling are not included unless expressly listed. Product descriptions identify the intended use and important fit checks. Exact dimensions, materials, assembly requirements, package contents and applicable load limits must be confirmed for your selected product before you pay.
Do not rely on a visualization to determine exact measurements or compatibility. We do not claim universal fit, electrical protection or product certifications unless expressly supported in the written product specification provided for an order.
03. Cart and order requests
Adding items to the cart saves a selection in your browser. Sending an order request starts a conversation with our manager; it does not charge you, reserve stock or automatically create an accepted paid order. The manager confirms availability, item specifications, destination, charges, delivery timing and applicable return conditions in writing.
You should review the confirmation and request corrections before agreeing to pay. An order proceeds only on the terms communicated and accepted for that order. We may decline an inquiry where supply, delivery or compliance requirements cannot be met. If money has already been received for an order we cannot fulfill, applicable cancellation and refund obligations remain in force.
04. Prices, charges and corrections
Catalog prices are stated in US dollars. The cart shows the goods subtotal. Shipping and any applicable taxes are confirmed before payment; they are not represented as zero or included when no quote has been provided. The written confirmation shows the final total.
If a listing error or price change affects your inquiry, we will explain it before asking you to pay. You may decline the revised terms. We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed charge without your agreement.
05. Payment after confirmation
Payment will be made after confirmation by a manager. The cart lets you indicate a preference for credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a US bank transfer. This preference does not establish that every method is available for every order. The manager confirms the method that can actually be used and provides its instructions before payment.
This website does not collect card numbers or bank credentials through its order inquiry forms. Do not send those details in a message. A preferred method is not a payment authorization, and an inquiry confirmation is not a receipt for payment.
06. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Before payment, review the destination, charges, agreed dispatch timing and return conditions applicable to your order. Contact Us promptly if you need to change or cancel an inquiry or report a problem with goods received.
The business correspondence address is not automatically a warehouse, collection point or returns address. Obtain the correct instructions before sending a parcel.
07. Safe and intended use
Use products only for their intended household purpose and follow the confirmed assembly, installation, care and loading instructions. Check surface, wall, cabinet, bed frame and appliance compatibility where relevant. Installation must use suitable supports and fasteners. Household organizers are not personal support equipment or electrical safety devices.
