01. Delivery is confirmed for your order
MARDEPO sells physical household goods. Sending a request does not confirm stock or delivery coverage. Tell us your delivery city, state or region and postal code so our manager can check whether the selected goods can be supplied to that destination.
02. Charges and timing before payment
Before requesting payment, we confirm the delivery destination, available shipping service, shipping charge, applicable taxes, final total and an agreed dispatch estimate or period. No free-shipping offer, universal delivery coverage or fixed transit time is implied by this catalog.
Transit estimates are distinct from dispatch timing and may depend on the carrier and destination. Review the quote and ask questions before accepting it.
03. Address checks and dispatch updates
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address when requested for an accepted order. Contact Us promptly to request a correction. A change after dispatch may not be possible and any additional charge must be disclosed and agreed where applicable. We will provide dispatch or tracking information when available for the service used.
04. Delays and unshipped goods
We must have a reasonable basis for any stated dispatch timeframe. If we cannot ship within the promised time, or the applicable default period where no time was stated, we will follow applicable delay-notice and consent requirements. Where the required consent is not obtained or you validly cancel, we will refund unshipped merchandise as required by law. This policy does not replace those obligations.
05. Delivery problems
If a parcel is missing, damaged or contains the wrong item, Contact Us with your order reference and a description. Photos of the item and packaging may help us investigate; they are not a blanket condition that removes statutory rights. We will check the order and arrange the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
